good morning and welcome to Thursday Oh
so today is a great day and guess what I
have my stick back so I can actually
start blogging again anyways um I am
actually on my way always gonna drop me
off I have to go down to the hospital
because they are going to do x-rays of
my back to see about the spine and why
my lower back is hurting like it is and
then from there if they don't see what
they're looking for which my doctor said
he doesn't think it's gonna show on
x-ray what he's technically looking for
which would be a stress fracture that
they might have to go to an MRI to have
that done on my back and also I think
we're gonna try and get the MRI done of
my legs as well since I've been having
so many issues between my thighs like my
hips and my lower back like that whole
region right within there maybe
something's unaligned or you know I mean
you never know especially with that fall
that I had a couple months ago when I
fell straight on my leg ever since then
I've had a lot of problems so we're
gonna check with that and so yeah that's
really what we're doing we haven't done
much of anything since this morning it's
already one o'clock so we're just
rushing out I just wanted to check in
and say hello because I can vlog now
anyways I'll try and check in with you
guys maybe when I'm at the hospital just
to say hello hey you guys welcome back
to my channel if you're new welcome to
my channel
[Music]
oh my goodness you guys for the last two
and a half almost three hours
I haven't making Egyptian bread yes
Egyptian bread Oh hot I am NOT eating
all of this well I'm not eating none of
it but I made all of that and I'm proud
to say that as Sora helped me so I'm
going to post a little bit video here
showing her doing her part are you
making the Egyptian bread for daddy
[Music]
you're making Egyptian bread for daddy
good good chop you know you gotta flip
it over
[Music]
good afternoon you guys welcome to
Friday I cannot believe it is already to
the weekend
once again although like ever like ever
like always Fridays is my Monday so no
big deal there but it's alright so today
as I showed you guys a little bit so the
court I work for three hours doing
Egyptian bread for oli and the kids I am
NOT eating it clearly but they are so
you know they like having their fresh
bread and I don't mind making it
especially if I'm the one that makes it
I am more often not eat it and I have
found that to be true and most all of my
stuff that I do if I bake it I'm less
likely to eat it unless it has to do
with like dinner then I will eat dinner
but I even then I'm not like oh my god I
got to eat it like a big portion of it
or anything um let's see here uh
Thursday night yes no not Thursday night
Wednesday night we went out because we
ran errands all day Wednesday just
taking care of everything paying bills
ya know the first month's worth of
things that have to be done and so by
the time we got home we were exhausted
the kids were just tired we wanted to
give baths and put everybody to bed so
we went ahead and we were like well you
know what we haven't had Panda Express
in a very long time I can you know eat
like the broccoli and beef and you don't
make it is the best choices I can for
eating something that's probably not the
best choice so we went ahead and we got
that and I split my whole mil with Omar
and Ezra so I didn't eat as much as I
would normally eat but about an hour
after I ate I was so sick oh my gosh I
was so sick my stomach was killing me
and I told all the I said you know cuz
we haven't eaten now and like I want to
say almost close to four months we
haven't really like ate out like a fast
food restaurant type thing and I saw a
flower on my face and so I told him I
said you know I think honestly our
bodies are just not set up for this
anymore
I think that we have eaten home-cooked
meals so much that putting that into our
body literally made us ill both of us we
were both just not feeling well so I
told him I said never again
I've never gonna if I want broccoli and
beef I will make that at home I am NOT
trying to do that anywhere outside the
home so I did that on Thursday night and
then our Wednesday night Thursday
morning I got up and I weighed and I was
so mad at myself because I got to say I
went down to 467 and went back up to 469
and I have stayed 469 I don't know what
happened other than I ate the wrong
foods and so yeah I was a little upset
with myself but that's alright I live
and I am learning and that's just what
I'm gonna do so I made a poor choice of
what to eat it made me sick it gave you
know made me gained a little bit of
weight which I can foresee most likely a
lot of it is probably water because
Panda obviously has a lot of sodium and
my body doesn't handle sodium very well
and also that was another thing too as I
noticed about an hour to an hour and a
half after I ate the dinner I had the
most excruciating of all times like I
mean I
suffer with migraines and this was close
to a migraine but I could tell the
difference um I just oh girl I mm and I
had a headache all day yesterday and now
that I'm on different meds I can't take
like an ibuprofen like I used to so I
had to weigh it out but that's all right
it's okay I'm gonna survive like I said
I live I learn and I learned my mistake
so or I learned my but I learned my
lessson not my mistake I guess you could
say both of them um but anyway so back
to the whole bread thing so I just make
that for the kids and for Olli because
they like to have it with their dinners
and stuff so and I've pretty much now
I've switched anything that they eat
with like bread or pasta I once and I
mean I'll have a little bit of pasta
sometimes it depends on what it is and
if it's something that I can just switch
it out totally then I'll just do that
but if it's something that it's kind of
hard to really switch it out I will have
a little bit of pasta but I just don't
overdo it and that's kind of what I've
been doing is if they eat anything with
like a lot of bread or rice or pasta I
just make sure that I have a side salad
or like today I was making the bread and
I was getting a little bit hungry not
too bad but just a little bit and I was
like you know not hungry enough to eat a
meal but I'm hungry enough to need a
snack so I just went in the fridge got
one of the big ole English cucumbers
popped it open cut it down to for me and
the kids and we saw them we ate cucumber
for snack / my lunch and then I made
them a turkey sandwich on the side and
it's perfectly fine so I'm learning as I
go along and that's just what I'm gonna
continue to do and I'm just gonna do
things that fit within my you know like
what I feel is right for me and
hopefully by the time I go back to the
doctor's I will be told that I am back
under my
Humber's that I'm not diabetic or not
even close to pre-diabetic yeah that
would be nice
but I think this was a great wake-up
call I really do I think that being told
this really opened my eyes to know hey
we're not messing around you know your
body's not gonna continue to do this so
anyways yeah that was not the best news
but like I said I'm learning my lessons
and I'm gonna do everything I can to
turn things around because I just I want
a different type of life so yeah anyways
and then yesterday oh my gosh so I went
to my doctor's office they I don't fit
in their machines so which is really sad
you know because you would think that
doctors offices and stuff would have
machines that would fit everybody so
it's really sad when you go into a
doctor's and you know you have a
scheduled appointment you're gonna get
you're imaging you're gonna get
everything done that needs to be done
for your health and you know they tell
you I'm sorry but you know you're gonna
have to do this at the hospital because
we just don't have the size machines to
fit you and I'm like alright so I went
in yesterday to the hospital to have my
imaging done and they get me up on the
bed they get me strapped in because
we're going in for an MRI and they give
me all situated and ready to go they go
to start pulling me into the machine and
I got stuck tell yourself when you're in
a machine like that I'm not stuck I'm
not stuck because when you hear the
words from one of the technicians she's
jammed oh my god I tell you right now I
was seen every color in my eyes because
I felt like I was gonna pass out because
one of my biggest fears is I'm gonna be
in one of those machines an earthquake
is gonna happen and my butt's gonna be
stuck with one of these machines and I'm
not gonna be able to come out so when
you hear one of the technicians say
she's jammed and
couldn't get the machine to move forward
or backward and you're hanging inside
half-and-half your body's out and your
arms are tucked in so legit you can't
even move your arms down because the
machines got your hands pinned next to
you I couldn't wig if I wanted to wig
because there was no room to wig so I
had to lay there and I'm just like
praying God if anything happens please
don't let me die in this machine just
pull me out at least let me let me die
outside this machine it was bad and it
was my anxiety that didn't help the
situation whatsoever you probably needed
to tranquilize me because I mean my legs
were shaking because I could not move
inside the tube and so they finally get
me out what seemed to be three or four
hours it really wasn't it was only
within a few minutes but that time just
seemed like forever that they were
trying to get the machine to law like
unjam itself and so what happened was
because when you're going into an MRI
you know tube or I don't know what to
call it but you know they're closed
they're like this there's a bed that
goes in and you lay on the bed so it's
going into this machine well on a person
if not my size would just slide right
into that machine you'd have space
between your face and you know a little
bit of space between your head and your
ears and you know you have your little
ear plugs in and stuff but you're you
know you it it can always be a little
bit tight but for me it was crunch I
mean it was like there was just I
couldn't even breathe I was like as I
couldn't get my stomach to put enough
air in and so by the time they pulled me
out she just said Amy I'm so sorry but
the machine that we have there's just no
way of getting your body to go in and be
able to do the circular pictures that we
need done so
we had to stop the appointment I had to
get dressed and mind you they already
put ink or whatever that is dye into my
veins so I already had all of that done
and there was just nothing that was
going to to happen there they there's
nothing they could do so now because I
don't fit in the machine they have to
send me to another place where they have
open MRIs and so it's not like I have to
be squeezed into the machine because the
machine actually is open so it's just
like there's the top there's the bottom
but there's nothing on the sides so it
will get me on both like they need to
but everything is just basically opened
up so when I go in it's all you know
there's a camera here camera here camera
on the sides but they're all off of each
other like they're not connected so
anyways yeah that was the excitement for
me was getting stuck in an MRI machine
that was just the highlight of the day
my back was killing me by the time I got
off the bed though because if you for me
this is part of my issue is if I lay on
my back for just a few minutes even
that's why I can't sleep on the bed is
because if I lay flat on my bed for an
amount of time that lower part of my
spine where my spine is at but where my
spine is where the pain is in my spine
it's right between my lower back in
between my butt crack right in that area
it literally feels like if I lay for a
certain amount of time and I go to sit
up and then stand up and then start
walking I literally feel like that part
of my lower back is going to snap and
not just with that but now I'm dealing
with my hips so it's my hips and my
lower back right there so laying for a
certain amount of time
oh my god by the time they got me off
table of the MRI machine I just wanted
to ball because my back was hurting so
bad and it's not their fault it's my
fault because I didn't fit in the
machine but I was in so much pain they
had to wheel me out that's just the only
way that they could do it so there would
have been no way I could walk from where
they MRI building or the MRI room to the
B opening of the hospital there would
have been no space like there would have
been no way I could have walked that
space because my back was just
excruciating only hurting so now I'm
just waiting for a phone call from
another place so they can schedule me to
go in there and get it done but you know
it was such a rude awakening but it was
such an eye-opener that because of my
choices to be the size that I am I I now
don't even fit in medical machines like
I need to and that's scary because there
are times where you may have to have
that that machine to save your life and
what's gonna happen if you can't fit in
that machine what would you do if I got
say in a really bad car accident
and they needed to do an MRI on my my
head or my body to find out what's going
on and they can't do that because the
hospital doesn't have a machine to fit
me what would happen you know and it
really opened my eyes even that much
more if my diabetes didn't open my eyes
being stuck in a MRI machine because of
my size
was an amazing eye-opener and it really
was a true embarrassment you know how do
you think I felt when I'm laying on a
bed and I'm jammed into this thing
they're trying to get me out I'm shaking
because I'm about ready to piss my pants
because I am thinking I'm gonna be stuck
in this thing forever and all along it's
all because my body couldn't fit in the
MRI machine that was so embarrassing
even though they didn't make me feel
embarrassed but I was embarrassed you
know I was ashamed of what it was and it
really tugged at my heart to even think
of some people that are even bigger than
me like it's scary as I seen yesterday
that they have to now make
accommodations for me because of the
size that I am and I'm only this size
because of the choices that I have made
and so there is gonna have to be even
more changes drastically because I just
you know after yesterday I just I came
home and you know I really kind of
stayed within myself for quite a while
and all he came out and was just like
what's wrong I'm you know you're being
really quiet since the doctor's
appointment and so I told him what was
going on and I told him I said you know
I don't want any sympathy I don't want
you to say it's okay I don't want you to
say you're going to be okay because you
know what I'm not okay right now and
it's not okay to be this way I have to
pull my big-girl panties up and I have
to take this torch and I've got to go I
cannot continue to sit idle and keep
making excuses and telling myself oh
it's you know it I will do it tomorrow
we're gonna do it tomorrow tomorrow
comes Oh we'll do it tomorrow
oh we're gonna start on Monday because
you know we're at the end of the week so
we'll get through the weekend and then
I'll start on Monday Oh Monday comes
well sure I don't have everything so
we'll start tomorrow or maybe we'll
start on Wednesday on you know Ali's day
off because then we can go grocery
shopping
Who am I kidding Who am I seriously
kidding nobody because at the end of the
day it's none of you guys it's not Olli
that got stuck in the machine
it's not you guys or oli that have to go
into a different facility to get you
know scanned for your body it's me
nobody is going to do this for me either
I'm not going to have somebody be able
to feed me with a golden spoon I don't
have a cook hired in the kitchen to cook
all my mills and I just eat what they
make it comes down to I have to be the
one responsible first and foremost but
also be the one
responsible to provide myself with my
food feed myself cook for myself shop
for myself it's going to be something I
have to do and if I want to be able to
fit in machines and be able to do things
like most others can do I really have to
get on the on the ball because this is
this was really sad so yeah that was my
excitement for yesterday so now like I
said I'm just waiting for them to call
me back so we can get another scheduled
appointment for my MRI and that way we
could figure out what's going on with my
back and just go from there
they were able to do the x-rays that was
fine they you know they were able to do
that but my doctor already told me that
he didn't think that he was gonna see
what he needed to see on the x-rays so
that's why he already had put in an
order for the MRI cuz he just assumes
that it's not gonna be what he needs to
see so anyways you guys I am going to
close I've got to go and clean up this
bread mess that I made but I hope you
guys are having a wonderful Friday and
you guys have an amazing weekend with
your loved ones I will be here with my
chickens just ya know live in life but I
will definitely check in with you guys
over the weekend and see how you're all
doing until then you guys have a
wonderful day and a great weekend bye
bye
